Heber Ramos de Freitas joined in 2011 from Terra Firma where he spent 2 years working on debt restructurings and buy-out transactions in Brazil and Europe. Prior to this he spent 3 years at Morgan Stanley as a member of M&A, Leveraged Finance, Financials Sponsors Group and Credit. He holds a degree in Economics from Macalester College and speaks English, Portuguese and Spanish.
